A look at the layered training that’s powering my ultra marathon prep—built from years of grit, breath, and movement.

In this video, I’m breaking down how I’m currently training for an ultra marathon.

I’ll go over the layers that make up my training style—everything from strength, endurance, mobility, and recovery. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program. It’s the result of a lifetime of pushing, adapting, and learning how to challenge my body with purpose.

You’ll get a glimpse into what’s been working for me—how years of bodybuilding, yoga, long-distance biking, and breathwork have all come together to build a system that can go the distance.

I also touch briefly on nutrition—not in a dogmatic way, but in the spirit of fueling the body to move well, feel strong, and stay steady under stress.
