I totally agree! I keep thinking of Bruce Lee saying about moving like water, be water. And following no school - be your own school. I was asked recently what Yoga tradition I practice and I replied, "my own!" Blessings 🙏✨🕉️
Exactly which is the point. I look at the Mahasiddhas or Dattatreya for inspiration all who pushed to learn what works for you.
