The Template Beneath the Scrolls
How I use AI for writing, trauma processing, and creative healing
If you’ve been following my work, you’ve likely noticed something beneath the surface.
Week by week, we’ve been walking through stories—some soft, some sharp.
Old wounds. New rhythms.
Practice. Reflection. Nervous system threads.
It’s not just memoir.
It’s a template.
A way to use storytelling and AI not only to write better,
but to heal deeper.

Here’s the truth:
When I write, I don’t ask AI to generate a post like—
“Write me a piece on Bhakti yoga in this tone and format…”
That’s not how I use it.
Most of my pieces are written from scratch.
Several drafts. From the core. Raw.
I bring the story. The memory. The pulse of the path.
Then I open a dedicated AI window—the same one I’ve trained over time.
That window acts as my editor.
It helps me organize, clarify, tighten the flow.
Much like any traditional editor would—except faster, and tuned to me.
It doesn’t erase my voice.
It amplifies it.
