A quiet 21-minute Hatha yoga practice focused on breath, presence, and soft grounding. Gentle sounds. No performance. Just space to be with yourself.
This practice isn’t about flexibility.
It’s not about fitness.
It’s not about “doing yoga” right.
It’s about remembering how to pause.
How to breathe.
How to land back inside your own skin.
We begin seated, focusing on the breath.
From there, we move gently:
Child’s pose
Sphinx
Reclined twist
Grounding shapes that help the nervous system soften
There’s no rush.
There’s no voice telling you to push.
Only gentle guidance into quiet presence.
If you’re holding too much, if your thoughts are loud,
this is a practice that can help you return.
Whether it’s your first time moving in weeks
or part of your daily rhythm—
let this be a reset. A scroll for the body.
Come back to yourself.
The rest can wait.
With breath.
A quiet path of reflection, movement, and presence.
