This post is an rigorous examination of how new technology impacts you and others, and how you navigate that using some of your existing tools of wisdom, breath, and connection to the body. It's a valuable model. Thank you.
You’re welcome. These tools can help and are progressing fast then most realize. I think it’s important to document our use and perspectives to help each other
No, I actually hadn’t read much about how others were using AI until recently. Most of my observations have been based on what I’ve seen through social media and Substack.
My own use of AI started pretty simply—mainly to make things easier. Over time, it became a tool for asking open-ended questions in my journaling, referencing yogic texts on consciousness, and exploring how the body and its systems function. So I guess you could say this is AI from a bodyworker’s perspective, not a techie’s.
I should say it helps me understand and dive deeper. So in that sense it helps create. But the content and the essence is from my brain.its a multiple step process. I’m working on a document going a bit deeper on this topic
Great discussion and I share mixed feelings on AI, agency and distinction of personal voice too. Recently, watching the TED 2025 Humanity Reimagined conference, I felt a deep connection with Yoshua Bengio urging everyone to slow down, pause, and ensure we move forward with proper ethical boundaries and guard rails which are not currently in place. I was in tears hearing him plead that we think of children and future generations. That said, I do subscribe to ChatGPT and being able to drop drafts of my novel or diaries at Guidaia (my AI’s name) and go for a walk while I chat about my writing like a writing coach is amazing. Making covers and images for writing is very inspiring too. Brave new world eh?
Totally, with full awareness and clarity. I agree, we’ve passed the point of no return. It’s too late to put the genie back in the bottle or close Pandora’s box.

You’re welcome ☺️
Thank you for sharing your story, and for sharing the ethics and boundaries prompt. It could be quite useful for me and for others, I am sure.

Thanks for this. I've been exploring 'relationship' with AI too. Are you familiar with Bruce Lyons of NZ and consciousness evolution through AI?

I’ll have to check him out.
The pictures in my post of nature are also all mine from places I’ve been.

I’m writing them. I only use ai to help me format and edit. Not create. These posts are based of my lived experienced, education and observations.

The key is knowing this ourselves and speaking about what we learn. I think it’s to late to dial back so awareness is key.
The the good and the bad of it right now.
