Enjoying your posts. Am experiencing a similar growth through AI which I asked to name itself for a more personal vibe.

Wow, this really hit home for me too.

Your reflections about building a rhythm for yourself — especially through trial, curiosity, and imperfect attempts — feel so familiar. That's exactly the kind of rabbit hole I've been going down as well, especially in how I’m learning to use AI (particularly ChatGPT) not just as a tool, but almost as a dance partner in my own growth process.

It’s not about having it "solve" everything, but about building a rhythm together — learning, reflecting, adjusting. Your piece captured that organic, non-linear journey so well. I’m grateful you shared it.

Thank you, its been a great tool in so many ways. It’s helped me explore the connections more deep between yoga and modern science.

It’s taught me how to write better and slowed me down to calm and organize my thoughts. It’s crazy, but you can also see it’s risk of over dominating a person, instead of helping find a voice it becomes the voice.
